I went to this office for dental work , I paid $1000 up front on top of providing my insurance information . I had a cleaning & xrays done and chose to go elsewhere due to not being comfortable with the dentist . My total bill was $580 total , my insurance has paid $374 total. It's been 3 months and I am getting the run around about my refund. I paid $420 over what the total bill is and can't get that back either. Resolution Sought I want my money back, after all the stress I have dealt with with this office the whole $1000 would be appropriate but at least get what is owed to me back !
