The owner of this salon David overprocessed my hair and now my hair is falling out because he doesn't know what he's doing. He has a reputation of being a flirt and an unrespectable human being. Just because I asked him how long I would have to wait for a wash and blowout, he yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of his clients and staff. When I told him I would look for a new salon, he abruptly escorted me out of the salon leaving me helpless and abused. I no longer go there but I have on occasion seen him in public places and I actually fear him. This is abusive behavior and I want a refund of the amount he charged me because he damaged my hair. Please Resolution Sought Refund my money and leave me alone. No phones either from his staff. Thank you (I represent The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints a reputable organization whereas David is Hebrew and dislikes my religious beliefs.
