What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Received a refund.

I received a refund for my order from the company. I appreciate the quick refund, however I never got any response from the company (we gave you a refund, or your order is on back order, etc.) I would have waited if the item was on back order but there was no reply. BCA was a great help.
