All I want to do is pay them what I owe and I am locked out of my account, which is what they say they do once you move out, but to turn you over to a collection agency without allowing you the opportunity to pay and then telling you you can set up payment arrangements not even asking if you want to pay it in full. This after my wife and I asked what the process would be. We have now called the identified collection agency and they said they have no account for me. Resolution Sought Allow me to pay what they claim is my debt and not tarnish my credit.
