I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster from Victory Auto Group in Suffolk VA and come 2 find out the transmission was no good. I turned the car back in 2 them and I got outta the contract. I'm really trying 2 get my $1,000 back that I put down on the vehicle. Resolution Sought I would like for y'all to give my money back.

Mr. Owens, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations caused by the Hyundai Veloster transmission issues you experienced. In our testing and refurbishment of the vehicle before sale and state inspection there was no signs of any trouble. The car was sold "As-is" per the paperwork signed; a car purchased “As is, Where is” has no warranty and the seller has no duty to repair any problem once the transaction has been made. Unfortunately, the bank offered extended-warranty would not cover the repair. Because of this, we worked with the bank that financed the car to approve voiding the contract, which would have left you responsible for the remaining balance and cost of the repairs. If you would like to come back by and speak with the owner we are willing to see what can be done to resolve this.

As previously mentioned, we feel that we went above and beyond by helping you void your contract so you wouldn't be paying for the car. We are glad to speak to you in person, but know that a full refund will be unlikely.
