I purchased a vehicle from Victory GMC back in 2019 brand new with 10 miles on the odometer...On July 20 2022 my truck stalled out and I contacted Allen's wrecker service to pick up the vehicle and drop it off at the dealership.. The next day I get a phone call from the service advisor at Victory GMC.... The advisor told me " Mr. Cavazos the technician inspected your vehicle and he stated that the Fuel pump and Fuel pump module had burned up " ...Then the service advisor also stated " that there was another problem " ... " He stated that the ( PCM ) Power Control Module has also burned up " He continued to explain that no one in the United States of America or over sea had a PCM , so he suggested I trade it in ... So I did ... My question is why is my truck on the lot up for sell Remember they couldn't locate any parts to repair my vehicle on July 21,2022 .., Resolution Sought Return my vehicle to me with the original contract starting from the remaining balance of 30,000 Or I'll just take this matter to Civil Court and have all three persons trialed for theft .... My despite in the amount of 90,000 will be suggested to the Courts .....

We had already spoken to Mr. Cavazos on this issue but I will respond since there are now threats in this communication. When Mr. Cavazos had the issue with his truck there was no ETA or available part to fix it at the time. Mr. Cavazos traded his truck in and did our very best to try to accommodate him and give him a good deal. No matter the manufacturer in todays environment parts and vehicle supply issues are prevalent. We have vehicles that are down and waiting on parts unfortunately at all times. When we see a part has no ETA for availability we always put a request in to try to get it whenever it comes available. Mr. Cavazos had traded the truck in and we paid it off as part of the contract and sometime later GM released the part for shipment. At that time we fixed the Sierra which a vehicle owned by us because we took it trade as part of the contract Mr. Cavazos signed. And yes we are a car dealership and when a vehicle is ready for sale we put it out for display. There are many frustrations in the world with supply issues currently and I understand Mr. Cavazo's frustration but Victory Buick GMC did absolutely nothing wrong nor any employees. The fact that Mr. Cavazos has threatened to have 3 of our people put on trial concerns me because it is so ridiculous I cannot tell if he is being serious or it is some kind of other threat. There is no issue here that can be remedied. Victory Buick GMC has done nothing wrong nor any of it's employees. And none of the issues that Mr. Cavazos has contended I am sorry have no merit.

They have had my car for a month and haven't fixed my vehicle. They don't call or give updates on what is happening. I can't get a loaner vehicle to get back to and from work but I have to pay every month still and they said only thing I can do is buy another vehicle. Resolution Sought For them to trade my vehicle for a different vehicle at cheaper price for my inconvenience and my loyalty to this company
