Misrepresentation of a vehicle. I sold my Honda Accord because it was too expensive to keep paying for parts and labor so I went in to Toyota dealer and sold my Honda and bought a Nissan kicks. I asked for a warranty liability tire coverage maintenance and labor protection for my vehicle. When I bought the car the window was squeaky they were supposed to oil it they never did. I had a 90-day manufacture warranty and the Nissan was not an as is vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for an inspection with someone can't remember the gentleman's name but he never showed up so the 90 days have passed. I called later on in the months because my brakes was squeaky since had liability, labor, tire coverage and I paid for maintenance. I drove into Toyota found out Toyota didn't add anything I had asked for I was so confused and furious. I find out I didn't have tire coverage because my tire blew out and the spare tire that was in the trunk was bald. So I took it into Nissan just for them to have a look to get a different set of eyes and they told me there's some weird news and some weird news the tires are the wrong type of tires for my car and the power steering fluid was orange not clear meaning before they sold me the car they didn't flush supposed to be flush every $35,000 miles I bought it at 51,000. The woman that sold me the car no longer works there and they won't even call her for a witness. No one is returning my phone calls . Please help. Resolution Sought I want my car fixed and I want compensation.
