I purchase to a toy from the store, after traveling two hours from out of state. When I got home I realized that the toy was expired, it was disgustingly dirty, and I had a suspicion that it had been used in the past. The following day I traveled two more hours to get some type of exchange or a refund due to their mistakes. When I arrive there the manager let me know that he did not care about my concern. Letti is the absolute worst individual I have ever laid eyes on in my entire life. When I asked for something in exchange or my money back, I was told that they would have me arrested because I had a complaint. When I called back to speak to the manager he cursed me out and hung up on me. I never received my money in exchange, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer. It's not my place to tell individuals what to do with their businesses. However I do not feel like this business should still be running if this is how they treat their customers. Resolution Sought I would like my money back, or some type of credit and exchange. I would also like a formal written apology for being threatened with detainment for expressing my discrepancies with a product that I had from this business. Furthermore, during this discrepancy the manager pushed my phone out of my hand. My phone is worth $1000, and Not only do I not get my refund back I also have to spend more money out of pocket to fix my phone.
