I bought this vehicle in July of 22. The check engine light was on, the brakes sounded awful, and the air conditioning was not working. In signing paperwork, I asked for all that to be fixed before I drove it off. Three months later after finding out every day they had issues or problems, I received the van back and it literally stopped working the day I drove it the second I turned the air on. The had it another three months and stayed the check engine light with always be on for "bad sensors". I had it a week and it went back for the engine light being on and a loud noise and it was the fly wheel. Fixed it and three months later same thing, so I took it to a different shop and they repaired it. The warranty company stated A+ towing in oak ridge must replace the fly wheel again before the replace the engine which should've been fixed day one of me signing the papers. Aug of 2023 the first week my van has sat at A+ towing because Viles refused to let the warranty company have the vehicle to repair the engine! Per BRAIN AND AMANDA AT VILES, they couldn't do anything unless the vehicle was in their possession! It has been returned for 3 days and is sitting in their back lot! I have been lied to, taken advantage of and they are refusing to fix my car or give me all my money back! I have called and left messages and no one is helping and they are all laying saying "we are looking at it now" when I literally drove by and it was in the same spot it was towed to! Resolution Sought Give me a full refund of what I have paid to literally have it 4 months out a a year and a half and I'm paying $710 a month as a single mom of three!!!! This is not ok or legal to sell a lemon.
