We couldn't find the office. You have to go back out to other side of island. On third call they findable, behind Hardy's fast food. We checked in . The cleaning lady was still there. With her child an a very large balaclava man . Shower was flooded. I latter went to bed. To find Punic in my bed. With sheets butt rolled down. 4boxed fanes. Only one worked. TV worked first night. Then broke. . Called about it. Wait 2 defferant time . Waited 2 times. Instead of the beach or pool here for 5days they said it has to be emergency. Well we have a big storm coming.. promised 6 chairs on patio.. only got 4. An the dirt is unbelievable. Manager won't get on phone. She is Shawneequa. Manager at desk was very nice, Ashly Ford. All she could do was give a number.Vacas 1800-544–0300 Resolution Sought I want my money back, we are looking at hell of a storm. An no TV.

Villa Capriani Homeowners Association does not have any involvement with the rental of the condominiums. Each unit is privately owned and therefore each unit is rented through a rental agency of the owner's choosing. The proper entity to address this complaint with would be the rental company, Vacasa. Vacasa is the company that the guest made reservations through.
