My husband and I use this store multiple times a week. It is the station we use to fill our vehicles each week, and make most of our daily purchases. The second and third shift employees are most of the time no where to be found for minutes at a time. Then after you've looked around and waited and no one you start to actually grow concerned for the employee. Are they okay? Then finally they come in from outside, turns out they were taking a smoke break while watching you waiting at the counter and then eventually searching around for them. The employees know the company has trouble finding good help and take advantage of being on second or third shift by themselves. They have no one to answer to in the moment so they seem to treat customers very poorly. There have been multiple times we left the store because an attendant never did come from the backroom or outside to serve us so we had to go somewhere else. Resolution Sought Address the issue! Second and third shift employee standards need to be higher.
