I didn't authorized the transaction . I cancelled the free trial before hand and they still charge me $261.30 for the service I didn't even use. I don't have a job and so this money is very precious for me especially its Christmas. I needed my refund.. Vinmeo never reply to my email.. and paypal not helping at all Resolution Sought refund my money

I bought an on demand video set 2 or 3 years ago. Thought I had lifetime access. They just gave me 24 hr notice that I would no longer be able to see these videos. Couldn't download them, the next day they were gone. Told me I could reach the author t1hrough their website and had to quit after several attempts because their website wouldn't process it. It kept erasing my message before I could finish and send. Please do something to make them stop stealing from people and return my money to me since they never told me that this could happen. Resolution Sought Return my money and or get me dad's of these videos since they turned out to be thieves.
