I live in house that's been abatement by cgi and code enforcement . I currently rent from vinebrook homes. I asked vinebrook homes could they transfer me fuel to the house condition. I spoke with a man by the name of Henry at the house he stated yes. So I meet with him and a Kady by the name of Maria Bryant. She td me I had to do a new application with a fee of 30.00 . I ask why when I need to be transferred due to the property condition. I been there since March of 2022 under a private landlord. March of 2023 I received a letter and a email stating VineBrook brought the home. Well December of 2023 cgi came to inspect the home and it failed twice due to abatement. I told by cgi I had to move by February of 2024. I been reaching out yo vinebrook homes asking for assistance due to me not having 2,000 to relocate they had me under the impression to assit me. Then I received a email and a phone call five days before I have to move . Which my move out date is February 29,2024. Stating they can no longer rent to me due to my credit . I been in there home. Why after the inspection the make this decision. So know me and my daughter is currently living out my car I am new to the Columbus area. I never been late on rent the house is being abatement due to foundation falling in down in basement. They through us out in the street. Lied and said I could transfer then used my credit against me which is a 689 score saying I couldn't rent from them per Maria Brandt. No we homeless Resolution Sought Refund my deposit and pay for mental stress and suffering help me find a place to go. This is not my fault. It because the property is in abatement

Ceiling fell once on my 6 year old son, looks like it's goin to fall again. Do to build up rain and not properly fixed. Bath been pilling since I move in for the last past 3 months I have babies that they will eat the paint. They're unprofessional. Resolution Sought Have more professionalism and empathy for there tenants!!
