I ordered 6 hats from this company that popped up on my Facebook. I ordered these items on December 10 and they still haven't sent the package. They sent an email that is suspicious with uses because when I track the package there seems to be an error. This was Christmas shopping for my close friends and I feel totally embarrassed and humiliated because I was not able to provide gifts before Xmas so my experience was horrible. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund or my items sent with some reimbursement for my troubles. I work hard for my money and I haven't been working due to the weather. This experience has been very upsetting. I haven't been able to contact the company as it may be fraudulent
