This business has been known for charging individuals for one thing and giving you a complete different product. They go in the dark dirty back room and Mix up chemicals but tell you it's another which if it really really was the outcome would be absolutely different. The lady in the front charged me $175 for a KERATIN TREATMENT, which by the way I have had it before and got a better result if the correct product was used. My hair is a good grade normally thick. However, now it's falling out and very thin. This started happening right after VIP Dominican did it on July 29, 2021. I immediately went to another Dominican beauty on 8/4 and was told that "There is no way KERATIN was put in your hair, KERATIN is supposed to make your hair glossy NOT dry and breaking OFF LIKE THIS "We both believed that these people are putting formaldehyde in it to stretch the product especially since it's not being shipped from the Dominican Republic now due to the Pandemic. It's also out of character for any salons to have to go in hiding to mix the product. This salon hires illegal people who are not trained professionally, they cut corners, they lie about the prices to get you in there and change it once the service is rendered and you go to check out. If you pay cash they don't charge Tax however if you use a credit card they charge Tax. Resolution Sought Make this right, be responsible for cheating people…Be honest about what they are putting in peoples hair.

This customer was a repeat customer at our salon. She had a keratin treatment three times at our hair salon. At our salón we have a list of prices at the front entrance that details all of our services and prices. I will attached the copy of it as well. I will also attached all the text this customer had sent me previously as well as other reviews that she posted at different social media. I will not reimburse her because she received a service at our salón and was not over prices. She also said my employees are not legal. Attached please find each employee cosmetic art license. This customer was a constant problem.

This beauty salon put Or claimed they put a keratin in my hair!!!! And since that time my hair as been breaking,falling out and extremely dry!!! The previous Keratin treatments NEVER caused this damage. I believe that it wasn’t the correct or same product as before especially since NO CUSTOMERS EVER SEE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW YOU TO SEE IT!!!!! As other Domincain salons DO…. This salon mixes the chemical in their back ROOM!!!!! They never showed what was going in your HAIR!!!!! But they had No problem showing you the BILL for $175.00,which the front desk lady tried to CHANGE the price as she does All the time.Take a look at their Reviews and take a census…,,. That lady in the front desk that greets you is WICKED and sneaky… Who knows what was really put in my hair for $175.00 .

As of today I will Refer this case to our attorney to take charge . This customer continues to create different venues to speak bad about my business. If we damaged our clients hair we would be out of business. I will file a lawsuit against this person thru our attorney for defamation.
