I played Virginia Lottery online gaming game, won 200.00 last two weeks in November. I waited 7 days for my funds to appear on my card, it did not. I called and the person stated. "Due to the high volume of winner's the money would be delayed, but I see where you won 200.00 and congratulations. Your fund will take another 3-7 business days. No money. Then they emailed and stated I needed to upload my ID, I complied,7 more days they emailed and stated it was blurry and they needed my upload of my debit card and ID again, I complied. No money. Here it is the ending of 2023 and December. They sent me an email 12/29/2023 a month later they needed me to call for more information I did, no one picked up, so I left my spot for them to call me, no one did. Then they emailed to let me know they needed me to upload the same stuff I uploaded twice. I replied No. I am at the point where I am believing that the individual or individuals they have working for them are stealing winnings from people who plays these online gaming games. And I am afraid of all the information I sent will be used in the wrong way. Jeopardizing my Identity and debit card. It took them 5 seconds to take it off my card, but when money is won they turn into the FBI and the CIA, needing all your delicate information, instead of just putting your winnings on the card, the card in which they were happily to take your money. I feel as if something has to be done, they obviously needed my winnings for Christmas. Resolution Sought I want my winnings placed on the card in which they were so kind to take off. And I want this looked into so it will not happen to anyone else.
