On 11/20/2021, the engine of my BMW 325XI was chocking. I took it to Virginia Tire & Auto in Gainesville, VA. The charges were: 1. $139.00 for Visual Inspection, but $0.0 for the 25 point inspection. 2. $151.62 for 6 spark plugs parts and $139.00 for labor. 3. $927.72 for 6 ignition coils parts and $264.10 for labor. 4. $84.14 for air intake hose and no separate labor cost. The visual inspection was not necessary, since the engine was chocking and the 25 point inspection was free of charge. The 6 ignition coils and air intake hose were not necessary, since passive elements do not deteriorate with use. Moreover, the cost for 6ignition coils in the open market is $385.20. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for 1) $139.00 for visual inspection, and $542.52 for 6 ignition coils. Resolution Sought Refund
