Selling virus protection to access your computer. Calling back to inform you that there was a glitch in the repair. Used your security question and answer to gain trust. Informed you that you have a refund of $400 which can only be sent to your checking or saving account. Gained access through viewer on your computer. They transferred $4000 from my savings and transferred it to my checking to make it appeared as if they reimbursed me too much. They asked me to purchase 7 gift cards in the amount of $50 each and use $100 for gas or Uber to go to CVS, Walgreens and Target. Resolution Sought To refund my $699 that I paid to have the malware removed from my computer.
