I have filled a 25 page complaint with the State of Florida Department of Business and professional Regulation Complaint Department against Curtis Lewis of Vision Builders. I paid Curtis Lewis $2,100 to insulate the attic in my home at 20754 SE Lockwood Ave. Blountstown, Fl. 32424, He said the insulation was done, it never was. I paid Curtis Lewis $5,500 to install a new A/C unit at the same property, which was later installed by a license A/C contractor, which cost me $7, 200. I asked Curtis to return my $5,500, he refused. Curtis Lewis was to pay a license electrical contractor $600.00 to pull the electrical permit for the same property, he never did so I paid the electrical contractor, I asked Curtis Lewis to give me back my $600.00, he refused. I paid Curtis Lewis hired a totally non-qualified person to refinish the hardwood floors in the same house. He informed me that the guy would do the floors for $600.00 after I had gotten two other estimates for over $8,000. The guy did additional damages to the floors and ruined two new closet doors which I had to rebuy. I asked Cutis Lewis to give me back $300.00 of the $600.00 I gave him for the floors. It is for these items I am suing Curtis Lewis for $8,500. In addition to filing the complaint; I obtained an attorney in Tallahassee, Fl. Mr. Richard Greenberg Resolution Sought I would like for Curtis Lewis to refund my $8,500, and hope that no other person get take and deceived by this unethical man.
