Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

More complaints on Vision Ford connected to claim #15578782 finally after about 2 months my 2013 ford edge got fixed. First they said it was a new engine but was not they were not able to give me the mileage on the engine that replaced it the first day I had to return it cause air wasn't working and engine was SMOKING from oil spill hey told me that they drove it a lot and was good to go. Obviously not true Next day or two transmission was not working properly had to take it in and it needed to be reprogrammed then about a week later power steering was not working properly took it in this time they had to make an appointment for a day later it was leaking and very low on fluid but didn't put any in. Took it in as schedule found out they needed to put a claim in for a part again. They send the part was ordered and a claim was made but warranty company said they were waiting for a call back from Vision. So again they lied. Vision Ford said the part should be in hopefully Monday (8/9/21) I asked for a loaner car they said technically it was still drivable but if I were to drive it and cause more damage warranty would not cover I am stuck without a vehicle yet again and from recent experience have no idea for how long. I am seriously upset I bought it in April and have barely put 1000 miles on it. I have already rescheduled my vacation once because I didn't have anything to drive I can not reschedule again. Is it because I'm black or what. Resolution Sought Fixed right or money back or replaced
