Have been told that my transmission will be replaced. Gave 1000 down was given 3 different dates that my transmission will be replaced. Its going on three months. Received a call from customers care service that it will be done today. Still No Transmission. Resolution Sought Replaced my transmission for discount price because, I had to take cabs for transportation I'm still making payments on this car.

I perched a vehicle with them on 9/29/22 and the day I got the car, the cars engine would race to 3 on the miles per hour on park. the next day 10/30/22 the check engine light came on and when I would brake at the stop light the cars engine will race and lunge forward. My daughter almost got hurt getting out the car because of the car moving while she was getting out. I called the dealership to let them know that I will be returning the car, and would Like a refund because I don't trust their services. When i was on my way to return the vehicle on 10/1/22 it was not breaking properly and kept skiping. They refused to give me my money back. I told them if they needed more time to make sure the car was in good standing they could have called me ,and i was told "we don't have crystal ball we cant predict that was going to happen." In a sarcastic tone by the sales person Athony. Completely unprofessional. I was told i will be receiving a call monday morning 10/3/22 around 11am and i ended have to call them, after I was told I will be receiving a call back in 10 min. And an half hour went by. And I attempted to call back . I was hung up on multiple times trying to get a hold of the manager. Qhen i finally got back on the phone with mark he told me your car is else where. I told him its not my car i dont want that car. He repeated and said it is your car. And i will not be getting my money back. I have never been treated so poorly in my life Resolution Sought I would like to have all the money I put down towards the vehicle and be relived of all responsibilities to that vehicle.
