I believe my husband was scammed into the loan. He is 69 years old. We had Vision solar come out and regard silver panels. To see of her home would qualify. Because in the past we were told our home would not qualify. The young lady that came out took my husband's driver's I d and took down information. She did a lot of texting on her. On her tablet. Which we had no idea what she was texting to and who she was texting it to.. We received one letter from Dividend and say that we were approved for the loan on 6/21/23 at 4:46 and another the same day at 7:49 pm. That they canceled the loan the same day. They installed the panels. Around 8/27/23 we just thought that they found us a new lender. Because the young lady that can out about the he panels said the payment would come out of the money that the panels Generate. And that would pay off the loan. But that did not happen that way. The panels that they installed do not work. But dividends start calling me in December of 2023 demanding payment. They said that my husband was four months behind in the loan we new nothing about. I payed the 79.09 on 12/22/23 because they told me that they were going to Ruin my husband's credit. I'm not paying dividend because the panels don't work. I've been trying to get hold of vision solar but they are out of business. I asked Dividend about how I can get my panels working and they said it not there problem Please can you help me I would pay for a job that works Resolution Sought I would like to get the panels fixed and working . If this cannot be done I would like to have them remove from my roof fixed and the sideing on the side of my home home fixed.

Vision Solar installed some Solar panels on my roof about a year and a half ago. The panels are still not producing to this day and I am constantly getting a run around about a refund and or resolution to the problem. They are still collecting payments from me through Sunlight Financial and Sunlight is not offering any resolution to the problem either, So I am still paying literally nothing. Resolution Sought Panel removal and full refund
