I bought a sofa bed and I had 1 year warranty, 1 month before it expired I noticed the springs were not in place. The sofa bed was no longer able to close and put it away. I complained about it to the store manager and he said that he could exchange the bed frame, he did but once I brought it home the bed was not functioning either. He said the warranty expired and since it was Covid-19 they couldn't come home to install it. Due to the fact that I opened the box with the bed frame spring he said he was voiding the warranty and I no longer had warranty and he couldn't replace the spring metal frame. Until today, the sofa bed is useless. I'm no longer able to use it and I want a refund or exchange it for another sofa. Resolution Sought Get a refund or exchange for another sofa.
