I contacted Vista Web Studio and rendered a preliminary payment of $1500 to design a website. In almost a year since this transaction, I have heard from them twice and have not been rendered any progress on my website nor has money been refunded. They don't return my calls or emails. Resolution Sought Finish my project or return my money. In addition, I expect to be contacted!

Kindly be informed that I have checked for this client with my department. First of all the client paid $1,000 only not $1,500 and the remaining amount was decided to pay after the homepage will be ready which was $3,300 which is still pending. As per the discussion, this was how the project was supposed to be.
