Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I made an order for 2 bottles of N- AcetylCysteine(NAC) 600mg 60 tabs from source naturals. Code SN08 50. 2 bottles at 9.63, shipping 5.99. I have wrote them to emails . One in the beginning asking how long it would take. An another after 3 weeks. They just told me to be patient. This absolutely ridiculous. The order number was #86683. Resolution Sought Well I'd like my vitamins at least. If not than a refund. Places that don't give you what you order shouldn't even be in business. Thus place has so many complaints. I wish I would gave looked at them first.
