I went here for my birthday to get my nails done. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not satisfy me. I had lumps of nail polish all of my fingers and when I got home the nail polish was wet under the dry nail polish and it got all over my other nails and my clothes. I went back the next day and asked if I could get my money back because I went to a different salon to get them fixed this day too and they told me they knew what happened and that they couldn't give me my money back. They were in a rush and I had an appointment so they should have had that time blocked out for me. They were constantly on the phone while doing my nails and they almost cut my boyfriends daughter with scissors. Resolution Sought I would appreciate my money back because I spent a lot for a special day and was very unhappy.
