They didn't let me travel because I didn't have my travel consent form for my youngest child. We called the company and asked if they can change our flight departure to a different time, but they told me no the flight was canceled and we could not get our refund. We could no longer fly unless we bought other tickets. Our family members that we're going to sit next to us noticed our seats had passengers already in them. Resolution Sought We would like this business to do what is right and refund me my money.
