Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. July 31, 2023 at 0901h, dialed Vive Financial at 877-486-3446, spoke to Tina, told her I never made a purchase from bob's furniture so I owe them nothing, I am a victim of fraud. I filed a police report on July 31, 2023, 1245h. Faxed Vive Financial September 28, 2023 1009h requesting all information used to open the account 11535890 fraudulently in my name, never received it. October 10, 2023 a copy of the police report and a notorized affidavit was sent to Vive Financial also asking them to not contact me again. I am still receiving collection attempts in the mail constantly. Resolution Sought I want them to find the person who used my name and address to send the bill. Leave me alone.
