VIVID Ink and Toner purchase

Wow! Through their aggressive sales approach I agreed, maybe 1 1/2 years ago to purchase toner for a Brother printer we had at the time. The toner was ok, but not necessarily better quality or price than toner I purchase anywhere else. Now, would you believe, I get a call today asking about sending the rest of the "bulk order" I "purchased" when I ordered the first. Unbelievable! Not only do I not have the Brother printer anymore (replaced it at least 8 months ago), but I don't recall anything about a "bulk order". I told him to cancel it but I'm sure I'll get a call down the road saying they have the rest of the "bulk order" to send to me. And, he said they've been calling numerous times to complete the order. There are 3 of us in this family owned business and certainly any one of us would've taken the call IF it had been placed. These guys are unbelievable. I suggest you not work with Vivid Ink and Toner if at all possible.
