Shaking My head

This is a company who doesn't listen and forces you to accept whatever it is they want to send you IN BULK!! They are unclear from the beginning, when you ask for ONE item, they send you multiples and refuse to take NO More as your answer. They pester you constantly and force their products on you. To get rid of them, they bow down and take their crappy products which HP printers don't like.
