My elderly parents have been trying to cancel their vivnt protection since November. We have called multiple times, put in a cancellation email, and have paid off the final payments, but they still keep calling and saying we owe more money. We have told them that we have cancelled and they still keep charging us and will not help us cancel. Resolution Sought Cancel our subscription and possibly give us compensation/ a refund for not complying with their own cancellation guidelines and ultimately leave us alone.

I have faithfully paid off my equipment. I was informed that my equipment would work without service. I paid around estimate 4000 for it. I paid around 45 monthly for service. I paid 10 extra for technical support. The first request no problem. The tech support came to my home and told me my problem would be fix he was great at helping but days later after he left i had same issue. The 2nd and 3rd request is am receiving trouble. One tech support from phone call kept me on hold for over an hour and then said i would be transfered and the staff transfer me to boost mobile. I was mailed a battery. Still is was not working. The equipment has not been working for 4 weeks now. Today i was mailed a power supply and the call center was not helpful. Resolution Sought I would like an full refund so I can choose another company. My equipment was too much to be going through this.
