In 2018 we had solar installed, everything was good, and then in 9/2025 we installed an additional storage battery for solar, after the work was completed, in December it stated to rain, and rain inside our home, what happened when Sunrun removed the tiles from our roof, they did not reinstall the tiles, which caused roof damage and the leaking in our home. This also caused rodents to enter our home and cause damage. We called them and explained the situation, and they informed us our roof was out of warranty. But this happened when they installed the extra battery, so the work for that was still under warranty. he told us they did not believe us and they would not help, and told us to get a third party to repair and hung the phone up. We had to have roof contractor and plumber come in for repairs and a exterminator service our home. We have attempted to call and send receipts. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for all repair work $8,088.00

I had solar panels put on my house and the sale person the panels on my home said they were trying proport more there service and wanted me try out there service I told them at the time I had an alarm already in my house since 2011/I don't need two alarm in my home I have trying get them canceled service and they they want do like ask I ask come and get there camera IPad and there they put in my house want try out I didn't wanted do it the first place. Mr. Lively I want the account canceled. Resolution Sought Canceled this account I never ask for this in first place.
