Security company promising 30 days trial period, and not honor the trial period. Now they're promising free days free month of service, when i've been asking/requesting for this company to remove the equipment from my home and refused to do so, because "the sales rep" did not have the authority or power to offer more than just 3, or 4 days trial period. Totally unacceptable, this company is out there to scam people by promising free 30 day trials and when you call to cancel they go round and round to make you even pass your 30 days, thus you are on the hook for their equipment and their monthly charges. Very unfortunate that they're still companies out there to try to scam you this bad Resolution Sought Get the equipment out of my property and just cancel the contract. Hopefully not try to impact my credit in the process.

They came to install an alarm system on Dec 11th by the 17th they still don't have the damage done to my walls fixed and I told them I do NOT want their service or equipment the next day. Jayden the salesman tried to calm me but has moved repairing my walls from the Hoke's until after the 29th after I chose to have the repairs completed on the 22nd I was waiting for internet to be installed. Now I am so angry they want me to keep this trashy job with large Hoke's in my walls and told them to remove all their equipment that I refuse to do business with hem not upholding their end. I have been referred to a supervisor who has not taken my calls and I want my walls repair like they were not like a two year old did it. Resolution Sought I want my walls repaired, their equipment gone before Christmas. Especially since they had their guy here until almost midnight making the holes but can't get anyone here to repair them!! I want the contract nulled as request immediately and I have the emails and pictures showing the HORRIBLE INSTALL and that I asked for disconnection the very next day because how poorly the job was handled and how they keep trying to jerk me around.
