I can no longer afford to pay for a service I don't even use. I tried to cancel service last month (March 26,2025). I've been continuing to pay for the equipment but would like to cancel service and they won't let me. I tried again today Resolution Sought Let me cancel my monthly service.

VIVINT SECURITY IS A SCAM!!! Don't use them they continue to charge you for monthly monitoring even after you pay them $149 to come and take down your system and place your account on hold until you move to a new location and have the system re-installed at the new location and your account re-activated. They have charged me for 8 months of monitoring while my system has been disconnected and on hold. After over 2 hours on the phone with them and 3 different people they are refusing to return over $320 in monthly monitoring fees they have been charging me, all the while my system has been disconnected and on hold for the last 8 months. Talk about fraud. Not to mention horrible customer service. Resolution Sought I want my money back for monitoring service when my system was not even connected
