VIVINT SECURITY IS A SCAM!!! Don't use them they continue to charge you for monthly monitoring even after you pay them $149 to come and take down your system and place your account on hold until you move to a new location and have the system re-installed at the new location and your account re-activated. They have charged me for 8 months of monitoring while my system has been disconnected and on hold. After over 2 hours on the phone with them and 3 different people they are refusing to return over $320 in monthly monitoring fees they have been charging me, all the while my system has been disconnected and on hold for the last 8 months. Talk about fraud. Not to mention horrible customer service. Resolution Sought I want my money back for monitoring service when my system was not even connected

I already has a contract with ADT which is surveillance system for your house. There was a guy that came to my door name Hyrum he as did I want to switch services I told him no! So he started telling me how the I will get a $200 cash if I did change and Vivit will BUYOUT my contract with ADT! So I went ahead and switched because he said they will buyout ADT. Vivit was rushing me on getting the buyout amount so I gave them what was given to me ans told them it wasn't the full buyout because ADT has more work to do. So I gave them the amount and it wasn't the full buyout amount ans they still owe me $790. I have to still pay ADT and now Vivit and it's false advertisement if they're not going to pay out the full buyout! I have Hyrum phone number 435-632-2041 he is a sale rep Resolution Sought Send me the rest of my buy-out amount which is $79" so I can pay ADT.
