I had a contract with Vivint security camera systems for five years, I made all of my payments I was obligated to under the length of our contract, my contract was due to end in sept and my last payment would also be due. I contacted them a month early to ensure that my contract was indeed ending in September and asked the representative several times to confirm when to expect the last payment, he assured me that indeed that was the last payment to expect for said contract. I told the representative multiple times that after my last payment I no longer wanted the service, he made multiple attempts to offer me a discounted rate at which I declined and and expressed over and over I no longer wanted the service. Then two months go by I start receiving emails and phone calls that I'm owing the 90 plus dollars because I have not pays for the services, when I reached out to them they informed me that my account was never closed that was an "advisory " call in which the previous representative was offering me a discounted rate which I declined. I don't believe I should owe them anymore money for a contract I fulfilled and expressed to them I wanted closed, because that's the whole reason. I contacted them a month early to make sure it was over after my last payment on said contract. Resolution Sought I would like you to reach out to them and express that they are not responding to customers wishes when contracts are fulfilled and basically trying to extort more money by leaving services open to customers who try to end them when the original contract is fulfilled

I tried an upgrade to my security system and the young man that sold it to me did not inform me that even if I return it I still would have to pay the installation fee now the financial institution is charging me interest plus fees. I tried to dispute the claim with Vivint and they won't. I have been charged for this over Resolution Sought That Vivinit pay the $99.99 because the salesman never informed me that I would be charged a fee even if I didn't keep the equipment
