Called and canceled my security system December 1, 2025. They have taken out $56.51 for the months of January and February. They claim that they didn't receive notice of cancellation until 1/27/26. I have proof in the form of an email that they sent me on 12/1/25, a notice of cancellation. All I want is my money back for January and February, totaling $113.02. Resolution Sought Give me my money back for the months of January and February, $113.02.

After eight years of excellent payment history with Vivint and an excellent credit rating overall Vivint linked me with a predatory, subprime lender for a camera upgrade. My credit rating has been destroyed with this predatory company and the result has been financial loss. This practice by Vivint in my opinion targets senior citizens in general and racial minorities in particular. I have tried relentlessly to resolve these issues with Vivint with no success. Resolution Sought 1 Assign a mediator as Vivint has a very poor customer service record. 2 Correct the filing of a negative report to credit bureaus as this was a disputed bill on record was not resolved.
