This company is perpetrating a scam by utilizing high-pressure door-to-door sales tactics, preying on customers' fears by exaggerating crime rates in their neighborhoods. They subsequently bombard customers with a rapid series of text messages, making it difficult to comprehend their content. Without my knowledge or consent, my credit was processed, and I was coerced into signing a contractual agreement by a representative who employed deceptive sales techniques. This individual manipulated my phone, checking off items while assuring me it was standard paperwork. I was provided with inaccurate information regarding my monthly bill, and the costs associated with the installation of a single camera and doorbell are excessive, totaling $3700. This is a clear case of a scam, as they deliberately conceal the terms of the contract, rendering it challenging for customers to cancel once they discover the truth. I am now facing a substantial increase in my monthly payments, from $56.00 to $140.00, which is unjustified. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid falling prey to this door-to-door scam, which employs manipulative tactics to deceive unsuspecting customers. Resolution Sought To get out of this scam of a contract. I didn't want another credit card, I was even given the option to buy the equipment. I want out. I don't want others placed in my shoes at this current moment.

I've had Vivint security system for 6 months and I have been having issues with sensors. The system continuously thinks the door is open when it's not. Vivint has sent 2 replacement sensor but issue continues. I have told I think it is something wrong with the panel but they keep saying it is an alignment issue. I have had security systems for over 10 years here and have never had an issue with the door sensor. They refuse to consider there could be a problem with the panel. I purchased a protection plan to cover any issues and they tell me the plan doesn't cover certain things. They have these sales people lie about what we're purchasing them when we need to use it they want to charge us a service fee. Resolution Sought I want out of this contract without these excessive fees and to return their system to them because it is faulty.
