Consumer alleges your company is refusing to cancel his service. Consumer has had your service for about 14 years. He called on 02/15/2026 to cancel the service, paid the last bill. However after being on the phone for about an hour of 45 minutes the operator did not cancel the service. He received a new bill yesterday and when he called he was told it cannot be canceled because he owed the bill for March. When he called on 02/15/2026 the account was at zero which is why he asked to cancel. Consumer wants your company to cancel the account and remove any charges. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to cancel the account and remove any charges.

Called and canceled my security system December 1, 2025. They have taken out $56.51 for the months of January and February. They claim that they didn't receive notice of cancellation until 1/27/26. I have proof in the form of an email that they sent me on 12/1/25, a notice of cancellation. All I want is my money back for January and February, totaling $113.02. Resolution Sought Give me my money back for the months of January and February, $113.02.
