I took over my ex-husband's contract being nice didn't realize that the roof penetrations from the solar panel installation and electrical installation had been leaking for years. Notice mold on my ceilings had a roofer come inspect and they found that all the penetrations from the solar panels and electrical from the solar panels were leaking and it probably has been leaking for numerous years, which has caused mold in the house. I have been sick for three years, dealing with this and have it all documented from my allergist how highly allergic I am to mold, spores and mold I called to try to get them to pay for something for my roof repair. They said I'm two years out of that and will not go back on that they want me to put the panels when I take them off for the roof repair back on. I told them no which they said would neglect me on my contract portion. But I told them since they aren't helping with my roof or my motor remediation that I'm not putting them back on it's not about the roof or the solar it's more about my health and I do not want to go through this again because I've been sick for the past three years so I explained to them I'm not putting them on and I do not owe them the remainder of my contract and they are not willing to negotiate due to health concerns. Their customer service was very unhelpful. They are not willing to do any investigations to make sure that this doesn't happen or help someone in anyway and I've heard all negative concerns from other peo Resolution Sought I would like them to release me from the remainder of this contract with no consequences because I've already put out $22,000 for roof new roof and motor mediation

Salesman lied about service and equipment. Said we had 3 months to cancel, had three free months of service, and it was a month to month contract and could cancel anytime since my husband is over 60. . When trying to contact him for equipment not received that was supposed to be ordered and sent, could not get ahold of him. Installed showed up at 8:00 pm yo install and did not leave until after midnight. When trying to cancel numerous times via email and phone, we are told no we can't cancel without paying over 1000.00 . I am on a limited budget now and can't even cancel. Very unhappy with Vivint and the process and lies. Now we are stuck paying a monthly monitoring fee and for equipment that we were told we could cancel and they would be right out to uninstall and pick up. Salesman name was Brady Evans +1 (801) 540-2232 This company should do better! Resolution Sought Cancel my services without a penalty and come get their equipment and do better as a company
