I have had numerous commutation issues with this company across all levels and departments as well as been lied to several times. They damaged my roof on install of solar panels. They issued a check to replace the roof after many issues and being lied to about the status of the check. IE- I was the check was printed and mailed on the 7th of August. When I did finally get the check it was not even printed till the 22nd. Now, they have agreed to pay for the repairs to the inside but will not finish the payment process until I sign of a release of general liability. I informed them that I do not feel comfortable with that solution. And offered the following resolution. They send the payment and release of liability to the Tampa field office. Where I will sign the paperwork then take possession of the check. They were presented with that offer approximately 10 days ago. I have received no response back at all. 2 days ago I sent another email asking for an update. That email also got response at all. This along with with other request for basic information is being completely ignored. Resolution Sought I would like a response as to if my solution that I provided is acceptable and if it is not why. I would also request that the other basic information I have been requesting numerous times be answered not passed off to a department that then transfers me to another department. This basic information includes if they are putting solar panels back on my roof and if they are when are they going to redesign the system. And I have also requested to know if I am able to exit the contract.

I've gone back and forth with viviant for over a year. I was told by viviant to cut down my trees and they would reimburse me. They continue to give me the runaround about my reimbursement. I have emails of all the back and forth waiting game with them. I'd like my reimbursement of $1120.00. I have sent viviant the copies of the receipt account # 6217671 my first email was sent on 3-20-20 Resolution Sought I'd like my reimbursement of $1120.00 since they told me to cut down the trees In my backyard.
