The chair was not wiped down the service was very poor.

I came in to get a pedicure, The chair was not wiped down the service was very poor and the quality of the pedicure was horrible. The person doing my pedicure made my toes bleed and even after speaking to the manager they still wanted me to pay and said I had too regardless. I wanted a different person to do my pedicure and the manager said she could not do that because they worked off commission.
