I took my wool sweater handmade in Ireland to vogue cleaner in Muncie Indiana when I picked it up a few days later it was shrunk up to probably a doll size sweater it's originally a medium and women's I went back to the Vogue cleaners on Willard Street in Muncie and showed the manager she told me that she didn't know why it's shrunk that she followed the instructions and hand washed it and laid it to dry it's clearly been dry-cleaned it was a loose cable knit sweater when I took it in it's very tight now very stiff very very very small and you can still smell the chemicals on it at that point she started putting her finger in my face cussing me in front of other customers as I was leaving she told me she's sick of customers like me and that the owner wouldn't do anything for me either all I want is the price of my sweater back I have the sweater here and I can send pictures. Resolution Sought I would like my sweater replaced

We here at Vogue Cleaners try to make every customer happy but at time we just don't. But on this customer we did not. Also, we read all lables on the item that comes in and that lable on her gray sweater said DO NOT Dry Clean Hand Wash Only, that's what we did. I told her to send it back to the manufacturer because I did what the label says.

It was dry cleaned. I still have it. It's very obvious it was dry cleaned it even still has the chemical smell. I never got a phone call they just sent it out the window with my other items. It's around 10 times smaller. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. They should have called me and told me there was a problem with it. The woman manager was extremely rude pointing her finger in my face and then proceeding to talk about me to the customers when I walked out. I could see her in the window when I got in my vehicle.
