Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I saw an ad on tiktok go these headphones I liked so I purchased 2 pairs of them from Volento Designs. My order shipment was delayed 2 times which i received an email informing me of but not asking me for permission. Then, a month later when said delivered and they were not, the company told me to wait a few days in case they turned up. Few days later I reach out again and they tell me to file a police report for a refund. I email the report to them, but now I can not get a refund because the police are not investigating it. I tell them that based off the facts I had received other online packages from a different company that same day from USPS, plus there was no foul play indicated in my neighbors cameras camera feed the police do not think it's beneficial to investigate. Then I tell them if I do not receive a refund the next police report I will make will be against them and they respond "You can do that. USPS sent us confirmation of delivery for your order. Plus you said in the police report you have no camera footage." I replied stating I do not have footage but my neighbors do and asking to see the delivery confirmation for my package from USPS because I checked with them personally as well and they have no record of my tracking number, in fact, my package tracking app couldn't track this order because it says "no tracking number" so they gave me a tracking number that ONLY works on their own website. They haven't responded, that's obstruction and illegal. Resolution Sought Give me my refund because I never received my package.
