I leased a VW Tiguan from Dave Walters on 4-17-2021. I set up an acct on line to pay my next months bill due on the 17th. I accidentally put in one wrong number to my acct. I fixed it and spoke with one of their supervisors Mike. He said he would take care of it, waived a fee and gave me a confirmation#. Waited a few days and the money wasn't taken from my acct. SO I called back and spoke to another supervisor named Jordan. She said Mike had processed the payment for 2 months which I didn't authorize. She said she would fix it and gave me another confirmation# along with her direct line.(503-615-7000 ext 53062). Today I get a letter from them saying my bill is 8 DAYS PASSED DUE. How can that be when I pd it on the 8th. I've been dealing with them for the last few weeks and no one can fix this. Can you possibly help because I'm totally stressed out. I've never been late with a car payment. This is totally unacceptable. Thank you in advance Resolution Sought Correct the mistake they made and take my 1 payment for this month..MAY
