Volkswagen credit has not mailed the title to my Mothers car. She paid off the car last year and was told the title was being mailed to her. She has since died. I have a certified mail receipt that says someone at VW signed that they received the death certificate on 2/2/24 but a customer service rep said on 2-10-24 that there is no record of it being received. Resolution Sought Mail the title to my Mothers address as promised.

Volkswagen faxed the lien release to my DMV. I was able to obtain a duplicate title then transfer it to my name. The issue is resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

I change my name 2 years ago and in 1 month I was done with all my documents with no any problems, except VW Credit. I started this process with them more then a year ago and I still dealing with them and nobody knows what's needs to change my name on the title, so I can register my car with the correct name. I am spending hours on the phone with some idiots and a lot of stress and I still don't have the job done! On the other hand, my registration is expired in April and I can't renew the registration because of this people! I am sending 3 times all papers they needed, the first time they lost the all papers and I had to sent them another papers. I am paying 2 times for notary, nobody care I am losing time and money and am stressing out all the time I have to talk to this office! After I sent the all papers signed and everything was done 2 months ago, today a supervisor Mike told me there missing 2 documents and he will send me to fill out and send to them. Nothing came! Another idiot later today said, I will send the papers right away, I see what you missed. He sent me the same papers I started this process with! They have these papers already there long time ago. So I don't know what to do, how to deal with those people! I am so tired of everything! This company has to be shut down immediately! Resolution Sought You guys have to hire competent people, this is very serious! Sometimes I talked to people who working from home, they doing their stuff at home, cooking, dogs barking, they left me for long time to wait on the phone and then gave me some excuse and that's it. Nobody is able to resolve any problems the customers have. This is unacceptable! This company have to give me a big compensation for all nerve and stress and time I spent with them on the phone! I really don't see any light in the tunnel
