I purchased a transmission from volunteer auto parts in harrogate the sea install the transmission into My truck the transmission did not go into fifth or reverse. So as I proceed to take the transmission back to volunteer auto part. They refuse to refund my money. Sent the transmission to another shop. And run me off the property. I would like to get my money back. Volunteer auto parts in Harrigan, Tennessee. It's 2 and a 1/2 hours from where I live. It's a four and a half hour trip there and back to where I live in Greenback Tennessee. Resolution Sought I would like for volunteer auto parts to refund the transmission plus my time and travel.

Company states; Mr. Harris stated that he was refused a refund on his purchase. Mr. Harris was given a full refund the morning after his purchase, before Volunteer Auto Parts even inspected the transmission. After Mr. Harris left our facility, we found that parts were missing out of the transmission. We have since sent the transmission out to a transmission shop and had the parts replaced. Mr. Harris was never denied a refund. The only thing we did wrong was to refund before we inspected.
