How do this company has a D rating. And realors still are using them

Went up on mortage. They say 3 years behind, how is that someone is not doing there job

Not satisfied

They charge me $959.00 in escrow. Saying I 3 years behind. How did that happen. I was unaware that I was behind. And than they went up on my mortgage. This place has a F rating. How can they do this to me and get away with it.
