Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I don't know who else to try and contact to resolve this. The property I live at keeps pushing off on repairs and replacing our balconies as they are unsafe for people to use, we all pay rent each month and the local codes officers have come out I fear nothing is ever going to get done I've been living at this particular property since 2018 and they've finally decided to repair them we thought,they roped off for about 1 going on 2 months now and we're all still paying for use of a balcony but now we can't even use our balconies. When they caution tape them off they said they would start repairs and replacements within the week, surprise they have started nothing,I don't know if this is an issue you can look into. I've tried emailing our particular Property Manager multiple times but never get a response I would just like the balconies to be replaced and repaired as I use to use them everyday. Resolution Sought Replace and repair the balconies as they said they were going to do over a month ago or adjust my rent to be for Less because I'm paying for something I don't even get to use now.
