I purchased an air conditioner from this company on the Amazon platform the unit doesn't work and doesn't cool I requested to return the unit but they want me to pay 143$ out of pocket for a 260$ unit I'm refusing to pay anything out of pocket I have requested a paid return label they have refused I have spent two weeks battling with Amazon for a refund of the unit and have received no help thus far. I just disputed this transaction with my bank also it says this company is out of china however the return unit is going to a seller by the name of Claudia Liu to the following address and phone number 7550 WOOD RD DOUGLASVILLE DOUGLASVILLE, GA, 30134-1564 Phone: 865.360.4757. Resolution Sought Send me a paid return label and refund my money.
