The service was quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered in my over 45 years of living.

This company is a true scam. I was fortunate to get a decent car, but there was nothing decent about the service I received. I was misquoted on the warranty. Once I declined the warranty my interest rate miraculously increased. I was informed that chase was no longer the financing company and Santander was now the lender (aka Vroom was the lender) With a credit score of 850 my interest rate was 5.75. I know UNBELIEVABLE. I averaged a call a day due to a ton of other issues. The average hold time is 60-90 mins unless you are calling sales to purchase. Only then is your hold time under 10 Mins. The transport was not terrible. Just the communication about the transport. I went from I do not know when your car will delivered to the car transporter calling to inform me that the car will be arriving in 2 hours. A day later I received an email from Vroom informing me that I needed to set up a delivery time. The car was in my garage by this time. Unless you absolutely want the car that is listed on their site. STAY AWAY!!!! SUPER BUYER BEWARE SIGNS EVERYWHERE!!!! I normally don't take the time out to do this type of review. But in this case the service was so horrible and egregious that I truly felt that I HAD TO.
