Unauthorized seller and really rude with customers

I sent several questions on ebay and NEVER got a reply. I made the mistake of placing an order and after asking for a feedback on ebay, that was the first and only time they answered me: waffle-collectibles: Nobody cares about your feedback number, seriously get some mental help. After checking online, I found out that GEMINI JETS have this info on their website: A Message from GeminiJets Dear Customers, We have recently begun receiving a rash of complaints against a retailer by the name of Waffle Collectibles. While we cannot get into details as to what these complaints are, Waffle Collectibles is NOT an authorized GeminiJets retailer. ADI and GeminiJets will NOT stand behind or support any of our products that are purchased from Waffle Collectibles or any other unauthorized retailer, as these entities are buying merchandise through third-party sources that we cannot confirm. If a retailer or any other supplier is not listed on the Retailers section of our web site, then they are not an authorized reseller of our products.
