There is a employee name on the tag is KENZIE who has the business barricaded so that customers are restricted to sitting in the front instead of where they want to sit. She is also rude because she puts her phone time ahead of waiting on the customers when they arrive. Resolution Sought I would very much appreciate her manager addressing the issue and put a stop to what she is doing which to me is bullying the customer.
