To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Wagner Cadillac of Tyler, Texas and General Motors/Cadillac, concerning the improper handling of a federally mandated safety recall, resulting in severe damage to my vehicle, financial loss, and emotional distress. Below is a complete, factual account of events: --- Chronological Timeline of Events: 1. Vehicle overheated and transmission began slipping and shifting hard shortly after. This failure directly followed the recall, indicating it may have resulted from improper pressure testing, bleeding, or handling of related drivetrain components during the recall work. 4. Dealer's Response and Conduct: Wagner Cad Resolution Sought Requested Resolution: 1. Full investigation into Wagner Cadillac's handling of this recall and service documentation. 2. Independent inspection of my vehicle by a GM-appointed regional technician. 3. Full repair or replacement of my vehicle at no cost. 4.
