I never received my order. I placed 12/11 and it still has not shipped. I contact the merchant twice with no response on status of order. Resolution Sought Cancel my order and provide a refund.

I placed a order about 3 weeks ago with WaistMagnet and they have never sent me tracking number for my item i brought from them! I emailed them to see if I can get my item or my refund and I get nothing, no email no nothing. They also have this in their shipping and return section "You can cancel for a full return for any unshipped item. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number we can no longer cancel your order." So therefore I want a refund because my order never shipped. Resolution Sought I would love if this company would give me my item or my money back.
