On October 24th, we purchased a living room sectional, and we were told that he would order it for us and then deliver it in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and he did deliver however he brought us the display model. We paid for a new one , not a display model. Not only that but when he delivered it, he dropped a section of it off the truck and left a mark on it of dirt. I think that if I pay for something new then I should get what I paid for. And not all of the adjoining parts were there either. Of course, he denied that it was a display but I drove by the day before he delivered it and it was still in the window and after he delivered it, I drove by and saw that it was Not in the window anymore. I called and told him that I paid for new and got a used display model and he denied it. He's a liar and untrustworthy. I want my new one or my money back! Resolution Sought I want the new one that he promised or my money back.

I found the business for a massage heated reclining chair I waited for over 2 months for the chair as it was not in stock I seriously asked for a refund as I was vehemently upset that I was not receiving the chair that I ordered I have now waited over 2 weeks for my refund I have not received my refund yet I telephone the business today January 26th asking about my refund" I do not have time for you" and hung the phone up on me the premise of my complaint is that I seriously want my refund please assist me in this matter thank you for reading my complaint Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that I want my refund $649.48
