I have tried and tried to receive my refund. They sent it to an old account and refused to send it to a new account or send me a check. They have stolen my money. Give me so much stress. I have spent over 100 hours on the phone with them not to mention the many of days and the frustration I've been going through and they still refuse to give me my money. Resolution Sought I want my refund
