Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My mother J. Campbell had a prescription eye glasses from Walmart Optical Center in early 2022. She was refunded $51.75 in a check # 00408171 dated 03/14/2022. I inadvertently file away the mail, and found it in May 2023 while cleaning out papers. I do this yearly. The check is voided after 180 days. Spoke to few representatives, but they did not get back to me as stated. My request is for a replacement check. I returned the check with explanation on June 2, 2023. The information is as followed: Walmart Enterprise Business Services H&W Accounts Receivable Mail Stop 0080 805 Moberly Ln, East Building Bentonville, AR 72712 Business: OPT-P File: 612 Resolution Sought I desire a replacement check.

Wal-Mart deducted $12.95 a month for eight months from my bank account for Walmart Plus service that I never signed up for or never used. Resolution Sought Refund the entire amount of money deducted from my bank account.
