Go back like it's suppose to be taking care of the people first instead of worry how to make more money for themselves the company.

Waited 30 minutes in my car wasting 1/4 tank of gas trying to be patient because they never have enough help to get 12 bags if mulch loaded for me. I HAD TO CALL INTO THE STORE 3 TIMES TO.ASK FOR HELP. FINALLY ASK FOR MGR. I know now why they have so much shoplifting inside the store. I told mgr. To get better attention that if I waited another 5 minutes I a female would load them and take as many as I wanted!! I dislike that store I've given them many chances. I always go back to iola....why do they expect me to cash myself out plus load my own mulch. I'm sure the big main office has plenty of workers in Bentonville, Ark.
